KAMPUNG BONGSU FARM STAY
KG short for ‘Kampung’, our farmhouse is in a small village in Lanchang, Pahang, just an hour’s drive away from Kuala Lumpur. Our houses sit on a little hill overlooking a peaceful mountain and a waterfront view from the villa terrace. Bringing you closer to nature with 15 acres of private gated land and 4 acres of lake space, it’s just you, your family, and friends.
The farmhouse sits right next to the Krau Wildlife Reserve, Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary and the Deerland Park Bukit Rengit.

Farm
We love all our animals. The cows, chickens, ducks, rabbits! Let our caretaker know if you wish to feed our animal farms as timing of each feeding varies. If you are lucky, you might also spot a wild hornbill.

Fishing
Spend your day catching red tilapias, baung fish or patin fish in our lake. Rods will be provided if you ever feel like trying your luck. Let our caretaker know and he will make the necessary arrangements.

Barbeque
Who doesn’t enjoy a cookout in nature? Let us know in advance and arrangements will be made to suit your needs. Kindly note that there will be additional charges for this.

Parties or Gatherings
As our land is fairly spacious, our home accommodates small-medium gatherings such as family days. Get in contact to enquire further.

Local delicacies
Experience the kampung culture with traditional local delicacies. Menus are provided within the houses and orders can be delivered right to your door. Seasonally, you can also help yourself to the local mangoes, rambutans, durians, mangosteens, or jackfruits. Straight from the tree!

Campfire
Nothing like a campfire and marshmallows while watching the sun set. Let our caretaker know if you would like to have a bonfire night and arrangements will be made accordingly.

Kampung Bongsu farm stay provides guests with a two bedroom and bathroom villa. Sitting on a little hill overlooking a peaceful mountain and waterfront view from the villa terrace. "It’s a very comfortable place to stay with fantastic view / environment.
However, we had bad experience from the care taker, when we checked in, he just passed the key to me and leave no instruction/ explaination about the place and he left. At night, we wanted to request the care taker to help us to buy dinner, and I called him 3 times since 6pm, but I couldn’t get him and no reply. After that we have no choice but went out for dinner, and 730pm he only replied me. We actually felt unsafe when the care taker was not responsive. Luckily the next two days he able to arrange to help us to buy breakfast. Mr Faez is responsive, and I would like to thank you him."

"Faez’s place is amazing. Just an ideal kampung that I’d wanted my 6 yo to experience and yet a very comfortable place with star amenities within the home. Need to drive at least about 15kms to mentakab if you’re looking to have food at a proper restaurant. But if you wish to cook your food the all amenities available at this wonderful place. Thanks for letting us stay. We’ll definitely visit another time."

Did some kayaking and fishing over two days. The fishes there seem huge judging from the 'explosions' in the pond. Managed to catch a belida, rohu and patin."
